Materials and systems are what you'd hope for in a one-owner architect commission: Wolf and Sub-Zero in the kitchen, heated primary bath floors, dual tankless water heaters, whole-house water filtration, copper chimney cap, and European half-round gutters. The community adds 27+ acres of shared green space, trails, tennis courts, and a 4-acre pond.
